1. Shipping Processing Times
All orders are processed within [e.g., 1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout .
  • UK Standard Shipping:  £4.99 - Royal Mail 48] — 2-3 business days
  • UK Express Shipping:    £6.99 - Royal Mail 24] — 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping:               Available on orders over £50.00
3. Delivery Exceptions & Remote Areas
Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and BFPO addresses may take longer and incur higher surcharges .
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe, United States & Canada, Australia & New Zealand , Asia . Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout .
Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Munro Mountain Equipment is not responsible for these charges .
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status . 
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within [Number] days with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition .
